Developing Complex Interventions: where to start?

We present an overview of using the Medical Research Council (MRC) Guidance for developing and evaluating complex interventions in 3 empirical studies: 1. A family centred approach to the management of lifestyle risk factors for recurrent stroke 2. Addressing the tobacco and alcohol-related health promotion needs of people with learning disabilities 3. Developing and testing smoking cessation support for people with severe and enduring mental health problems
